Del Norte County Visitor Centers

There are a number of Visitor Centers throughout Del Norte County offering a variety of services. Many have gift shops, special exhibits, videos, picnic areas and public restrooms. Please check this list as some of our centers have seasonal hours of operation. Have fun!

Exhibits: Coast redwood and wildlife exhibits inside. 'Trees of the coast redwood forest' walk with waysides outside.

Open from May 20 to September 30 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Open from March 1 to October 31 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Open from November 1 to February 28 - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Exhibits: Smoky the Bear, Wildlife, history, fishing, and model of fire lookout
