Gold Bluffs Beach Campground

Camp along the windswept Pacific Ocean with the coastal redwoods as a backdrop. This campground provides access to over 70 trails. The annual Banana Slug Derby, with slimy race contestants, is held in the park each August. There are 25 RV and 29 tent sites available at the beach. Trailers are prohibited and only RV lengths up to 24 feet and 8 feet wide can be accommodated. Drinking water, solar showers, restrooms, fire pits, and no hookups available. Ranger-led walks, junior ranger and evening campfire programs are offered. The campground is open year round and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Directions: Travel three miles north of Orick, CA on Highway 101, turn west on Davison Road and continue for four miles (gravel road).
