Requa Inn

Driving north on Highway 101 through Klamath, in the distance you can see the big white building that is the Historic Requa Inn (pronounced RECK-wah). It’s across the Klamath River on Requa Hill, and it stands out in the landscape because it is the only remaining commercial building in the once-bustling fishing town of Requa, now a quiet residential area. Constructed in 1914, the building is plain, almost utilitarian, built for rustic comfort rather than Victorian stylishness.

The Historic Requa Inn is the ideal accommodation for your vacation in Redwood National Park and Del Norte County. The inn offers you a spectacular view, comfortable yet simple rooms, delicious home-cooked food, camaraderie with other guests, all in a facility that is carbon neutral.
